We reject conventional wisdom when it doesn’t make sense. We love to empower our clients with knowledge about approaches that really work. We offer a 20 minute workout once a week that engages every muscle fiber in as many muscles as possible and does so in the safest way.   There’s no impact, no fast motions, and no free weights to drop.

We use the latest fitness research and our approach is highly effective for men and for women.  Our workout improves aerobic capacity, endurance, and strength.
